GBM #6: Sayaw and Sing

On October 14th, we continued our celebration of FAHM with Sayaw and Sing! We started off the meeting by learning about the cultural significance of singing and dancing and its roots in the Philippines. After, we played some games!

We started off with a Singing Bee - we put together a playlist of some fun songs and had our members split up in teams to finish the lyrics. Then, we played Song Association, and teams had to sing a song that related to the word displayed on the screen.

After we got to hear your beautiful voices, we had a line dancing workshop! We learned 3 popular dances that are usually played at Filipino parties: September, Todo-Todo, and the Electric Slide.
