GBM#7: Iba at Pareho

On October 20th, we had our annual Iba at Pareho meeting. Our lovely advisor, Abet spoke to us before we participated in our privilege walk. Afterwards, we got ~intimate~ and discussed some of our privileges and disadvantages. We love that Barkada can be a place to discuss some sensitive topics together. Thank you for giving us the opportunity for discussion!

Afterwards, we did Step Into the Circle and ended with a group hug <3. To close off the meeting, we wrote letters for our future selves. Hopefully you wrote something fun for your future self to read in the spring.

If my letter doesn’t make me cry in the spring, then I didn’t make that letter emotional enough :D
